Brisket for Christmas

I want to cook a brisket for Christmas at home. I work at a restaurant, get off at 4 and would get started maybe around 5. Any suggestions on how to make a quick but delicious brisket?? Any advice will help.

You could consider choosing one of the CS Brisket recipes in advance and chill it (or freeze). Reheat at or a couple degrees below cooking temp and finish as desired. Alternatively, pressure cook and serve, but take the extra 30 min or so to let it rest in the PC before removing.
