Just wondering if anyone here has used this product before. Found them at Costco for an unbelievably cheap price. They come in vacuum bags four to a package. I talked to a few other people and they said they were very tough having almost no fat. I cooked one SV for 36 hours at 141° F and I think it came out great. I have the other three in cooking now.
