How'd you make the spring roll dough? Dined at a chinese a few weeks back and they had the best roll ever! Been wondering about recreating one soon.

Method 1) Just all purpose flour + salt + water, then fry like a crepe ...approx 1 cup flour 3/4 cup water. Can also mix in corn flour in place of some of the flour. Method 2) I usually use this for Chinese dumplings but can be used for spring rolls too
