Start of a take on Rice and beans (needs work, but could have fun with a play on this traditional americanized Mexican dish). Celeriac gnocchi (I need to make these smaller to look more like beans) in horseradish coriander sauce- Soft tacos-Asian + nut oil smoke marinade - venison and finely sliced brocolli stems in a freshly made buckwheat shell (using nixtamalization - corn might be next), Rice-Truffle/potato creamed Risotto with grated Perigord truffles.
