Kouign Amann

The kouign amann by chefsteps recipe. One of my favorite pastries, and now I can make them. The isigny butter is on another level of greatness. I didn't execute perfectly but the butter made up for it.

Thanks, I'm pretty sure my oven was a little hot and that my dough may have been too thick, but the flavor and texture on the inside was fantastic.
