talk about the pressure cooked broth?

450g heavy cream
350g lobster shells/bodies
200g dry white wine
150g onion
20g tomato paste 2g tarragon
pinch of cayenne
add all to pressure cooker, pressure cook at 1 bar for 45 minutes. Strain, reduce by half, season tt.
It's not a lot of liquid to begin with, but I literally ended up with maybe 1.5 C after reducing it.
It needed a little brightness, so I finished with a little more wine and a touch of lemon at the end. I think its a good base to start from but could benefit from more aromatics, shaved fennel in addition to tarragon maybe?
