I recently made a ridiculously tasty lamb stock, and I am looking for something amazing to do with it. I roasted some lamb bones, sauteed onion, carrot, celery,





and ground lamb in the PC, which yielded 4 2/3 C (1311g) of stock after I made a stew of sautéed onion, jalapeño, garlic, chorizo, baby kale (sautéed in rendered chorizo fat) and black-eyed peas with some of the lamb stock (it was so good I had to eat something made from it immediately!). I really appreciate any and all ideas of what to use this stock with, thanks!
