A word of advice
Afonso_Tito_de_Morais_164825
If you don't have a Kitchenaid and you value your arms.. DO NOT try to make CS' Donuts. My arm is about to fall off. Kneaded with a wooden spoon for 1h30m(!!!!!!!!) I regret this decision but I know it'll be worth it.

Soup have a hand mixer with dough hook attachments? I seem remember someone from ChefSteps that using a hand mixer Would work well enough

My hand mixer only has whisks and overheats when making thick cake batter, so yea, it would probably set my kitchen on fire ahah I pulled thru though, chilled it for 1 hour and kneaded by hand 20 mins more to achieve the right consistency before rolling out. Hoping it's good enough!

My sympathies. Good luck

But those donuts mean that much more to you now. And probably...that much saltier from sweat

well the good news is you probably burned enough calories to offset the donuts........

I'm skinny enough dude! I swear if I had kneaded it for half an hour more I'd have dissapeared.

If you have a food processor, you can maybe try the dough "blade"? I've never done it with that recipe but it sometimes works...
