Thank You, we serve it that way in the restaurant as we steam the dim sum in the kitchen we bring our guest some "steam" to their table to have some fun.

Does it smell like the dim sum? I saw this one restaurant do it to like...mess with the guest's perception of taste! like they would...make vanilla smoke as they ate chocolate or something

We make a citric infusion with ginger, orange and lemon skins all that stuff is in the dim sum !
