Crepe Florentine Lasagna

Amazing. Chanterelles, red onion, spinach with garlic, lots of red wine, baslsamic+red wine vinegar, lemon juice, and milk+butter. Layered with crepes and parmesan cheese. Topped with a thick manchego cheese sauce and baked in the oven.
