~19.5kg turned into:
Loin roasts 6.8kg
Tender loin 1.0kg
Ribs 1.3kg
Sausage 6.2kg
Bone 3.9kg
The rest was waste.
A big day of cooking and stock making tomorrow. Once I get back to my real kitchen (~ 6 weeks until the reno is completed) the sausage making will happen.
