Wups didnt see this!! Lacto fermented carrots, juiced.
Fermented cream at 30C with a bit of yogurt. Mixed resulting creme fraiche/sour cream idk what it is technically with th carrot juice and churned it in a stand mixer. Honestly, the leftover buttermilk was amazing, the butter was pretty light. Ended up incorporating a bit of thr buttermilk into the sauce! Hope that helps

Search function for the win! I knew someone had posted the kimchi powder recently. Made some for my dinner last night and it is awesome stuff. I'm thinking it has lots of uses, but mostly I want to make some popcorn, sprinkle it on, and just chow down. Thanks for the inspiration!
