After I saw @Michael_Tang_112985's amazing cod this morning, I decided to make some too

I played around with my new diy soft box for better lights, but for the first try I am happy! I also tired to get inspired by some plating techniques from the internet.

Thank you! its hard to believe what a 20$ diy soft box can do! The glaze, like the whole dish, is very simple: oyster sauce, honey, miso paste, some rice vinegar and szechuan pepper

Pic setup looks great, I have a reaaally hard time getting decent pictures out of my phone due to lighting and such, a box sounds great! And you guys are making me jealous I can't get fresh cod around here! The salted stuff just isn't a quarter as good and the fresh is waaaaaaaaay expensive!

A little box lined with white sides so you get a better lighting setup for plate pictures I think!
