Hi Tim, share the method/recipe for the sauce? Much appreciated! I'm headed to the German butcher shop here in Dallas tomorrow and will get some schnitzel for the weekend ...

Its not a traditional chasseur sauce, I just sautéed some onion and country ham, added rehydrated chanterelles and morels (of course you can use different mushrooms too) and a little white wine. Reduced the wine to 1/4 and added heavy cream and a bit CS vegetable demi-glace. Let that thicken a bit, season with salt and pepper and thats it. Have fun making Schnitzel
