This is my first post I love chefsteps and have told all my friends about you.

If I cook my sous vide steak tonight and leave it in the bag and in the fridge overnight can I reheat tomorrow. if so what will be the best way to reheat it?

Cook tonight to desired temp. Chill immediately in icebath (place a plate or something on top to surfaces are flat-better for searing after next step). Day of-set bath for a couple degrees below the previous temp and put into bath long enough for it to com up to new temp. It will essentially take just as long to reheat as it will to bring to temp, but if you do ita bit early, an extra 30-60 minutes won't hurt the steak so you can do other things.
