I used 250 g cream and 200 grams buttermilk. baked them for 5 minutes longer than the recipe recommended

Nice additions, Ill try that. I made these for a Sunday brunch once and they were a HIT. My prep cook cursed my name as he stood there grating frozen butter but he eat like 6 of them himself afterwards. I didn't hear any more complaints about making those after that. I think I would get addicted if I made a biscuits and gravy version though. Ive already put on 30 lbs this year from "testing" recipes. Thanks for sharing!

For grating the butter, after a few minutes i said "screw it" and used threw grater wheel for my salad shooter. The butter pieces weren't as fine as in the video, but it incorporated easily enough
