Brown butter, dark chocolate brownies. With a chocolate tahini ganache and some tahini paste swirled in on top. Amazing combination. I briefly contemplated putting a salted caramel on top halfway through the baking process (it burns just a little and gets a tiny bit crispy and it's so amazing), but laziness got in the way. (Translation: I already had a lot of dishes to wash and didn't want to add one covered in dried caramel to the pile.)
I know, I know.... Brownies don't taste as good in circular pans as they do in rectangular ones. My bad.
