Super Bowl Dinner

Made some sv pulled brisket in beer and liquid smoke- came out soft and pull apart texture, mixed it with bbq sauce (48 hours at 140). Made sandwhiches out of those. Made Tacos with sous vide chuck roast in red wine and herbs(48 hours at 145).
