God I love glazed, deep fried SV pork belly.

Not much of a recipe, I had the pork belly at 62C, round 24h, then chilled and pressed, sliced off the skin and cubed. Deep fried at 360F until golden, dunked in Bulgogi mix from the Korean market, added some scallions, served over rice and the pickles were just sugar, salt, sesame oil and rice vinegar. Kinda same idea as the kung pao ribs here. Any glaze works the bomb.
