CS tomato soup and Muenster Grilled cheese.

I roasted 1/4 of the tomatoes and added after microwaving the rest, used Kewpie Mayo on outside of bread instead of butter...

Nice, if you haven't yet (and I suspect you have), try buttering the bread and grating parmesan cheese on the outside of the bread. Parmesan crusted grilled cheese. The sandwich that binds. :-)

You just gave me a great idea, thanks! I generally use a 50/50 blend of mayo and butter to raise the browning temp so the cheese inside has a chance melt. I tried the parm a long time ago and kind of forgot about it. This week i'm going back to my 50/50 and stir in the grated cheese, spread the mix on BOTH sides of the bread and serve as a cheese toast with eggs....
