With Valentines day, I made a treat for my kids teachers and some of their friends. Modified hestons choc passion fruit gateau and made mini gateau's. ran out of garnache filling on a couple but glazed them anyway. Glazed instead of painting with the paint gun (which was sort of a bummer-that's a fun part of he recipe. :-)
