Help with some hot dog bread

I was hoping you guys could help with ideas, recipes, ideas for the sausage. Since I've seen some serious dough makers I was hoping you could help me on this school project!!

There are two schools of thought here. There's the more buttery, almost brioche type hot dog bun. And then there's the more standard, unenriched kind. Neither is any better than the other; it depends what you're using it for.

I would never use a brioche bun if I was making a Chicago-style hot dog. But if I was making a fancier sausage with some nice toppings, I might.

So what kind of bun are you trying to make?
