The perfect chocolate chip cookie with an ice cold glass of milk might be one of the best food and beverage pairings there is. I'm not sure if these were perfect, but they were dam close! I used to like thick ccc's but now I've converted and am a firm believer in a stack of 3 soft gooey ccc's eaten like a sandwich or with a fork, perhaps a spoon if ice cream is involved.
