Note: all masses are approximate. I calculated these out, but when it came to adding the ingredients to the bowl, some were a little over or a little under. Everything is more or less
I combined, in a Pyrex bowl, 140 g of fresh onions, 14 g of fresh garlic, 630 g of frozen broccoli, 600 g of water, and 2 g of black pepper. I microwaved them for 14 minutes.
While I was waiting for the vegetables to heat, and because I was bored, I put 13 g of course kosher salt in my blender, and ran it on high for about 2 minutes. This is the result:
After the veg finished cooking, I put it all into the blender, and ran it on high until is was, more or less homogeneous. I then added the cheddar cheese, and blended it until, again, homogeneous. Total blend time, probably about 10 minutes.

Doesn't look like much, but tastes pretty fantastical.
