hey chefsteps! How are you guys doing? So i was very curious about the recipe you had with the chocolate cake and recently tried making it and it was AMAZING!! The recipe is on the spot though i encountered the cake to be too soft and it cracks easily when its being handled and i was wondering if i did anything wrong with it. I uploaded the final product hope you guys like it!

Note: i did not add glycerol since i couldnt find it anywhere in dubai and i used All purpose flour for it.
