Fantastic Job! What was the Time/Tenp on the lobster?

Thank you Michael! I parboiled the lobster tails for 1 min, then put them in ice water to stop cooking. I removed the shell and cooked them at 134 for 15 mins SV.

I am not 100% happy with the curry and the avocado salad yet....
