Thank you for the links! Amazing! I gave it a try and I have the same "problem". The holes are too small. I guess I have to play with the ratio of water, flour and oil

You can sub poppy oil/butter with other oils.

60g sugar
25g butter
15g flour
85g blitzed poppy seeds
Mix, spread thinly, bake at 180C for 4-5m.
