Looks great! What cut is that? I was in Zagreb a few weeks ago and would have stopped by had I known there were ChefSteppers there. Great food in Croatia -- excellent local wine, olive oil, cured meats, lamb, cheese. And flavored brandies. The market by the main square in downtown Zagreb is something special. Good pizza in those parts too. Thanks for sharing.

Hei Barndon , Its filet mignon cut ,hope u had a great time here , next time u should visit dalmatian region and islands on adriatic sea also slavonija parts of croatia since there is all organic and home made . Regards

Posto vidim da smo kolege a i vidim da si iz Hrvatske, pa bi te zamolio ako mozes da mi das recept, ili pak savet za pilece meso ili govedje ali da bude u sastavu tikvino ulje. I svaka cast za serviran tanjir bas je vrhunski odradjeno! Treba mi za ispit na fakultetu da pripremim,hvala jos jednom.

Mislim da sam zakasnio oko 3 godine nadam se da je ispit prošao dobro , nisam bio aktivan na forumu 3 godine ,jebiga sad cu biti ,uvjek me mozes dodat na instagram( umam1me) ako ce te zanimat nešto više.pozz!
