80/20 Chuck seared on cast iron with a melted blend of 2yr aged Irish cheddar and a shredded mozzarella and provolone mix (for that xtra gooey cheese factor). The burger sits on a spread of rich caramelized onion, crispy slow rendered bacon and thyme mushroom combined and rendered down again together and deglazed with sherry vinegar. The burger is topped with a few crispy garlic fries and a generous portion of tangy ketchup and held together by a ghee butter toasted pretzel bun.
The fries on the side have Roquefort, bacon, minced garlic and salt.
