Tonight's dinner... Ribeye steak, topped with balsamic vinegar marinated red onion, Ratatouille, Brussels sprouts steamed then sauteed in bacon fat and topped with a beer and sharp cheddar cheese sauce. Served with a side salad of Susan Green oak lettuce, red lettuce and purple basil micro-greens from my indoor hydroponic garden. I may make crap money cooking but at least I eat well.
