Does it have to be root veg?

I was wondering if it was possible to make the beet fluid gel using tomatoes and/or bell peppers? or do they contain too much water?

I couldn't imagine why not. As you're juicing the beets, the specific water content of the fruit or vegetable should not be as issue. There are a few other recipes for fluid gels on their websites, you might compare and contrast them. The main thing that you'd probably want to do is adjust/change the additional ingredients, I'm not sure adding that much balsamic vinegar to tomato juice would be very pleasant. Good luck!

Yes you can use other veggies or fruits (my most recent is a lime juice fluid gel as an example)

Thanks both! I'll let you know how it goes.
