@Michael, I think its a really cool idea and will be checking it out shortly. Perhaps some sort of a loose schedule for the content. Nothing too elaborate or planned out. I was thinking along the lines of early in the day post somewhere (here on the forums?) an idea of approximately what content might be available and when. "check out the live feed at approximately 1:00 pm (PDT) for the creation of a video showing a whole fish being broken down" or the like ... Just an idea.

@susan fox - I will also be in trouble. Have you seen the stream in action yet. I've checked a few times and it has been offline.

The most likely hours to catch some action are roughly 9 or 10 AM to 5 or 6 PM Pacific time.

What ever happened to the live stream of chef steps? Or was it just for a few vids?

It was a test. I am planning on getting it back up soon. Been going through a lot of outside filing in the last month that made us take it down. Also, I need to buy a laptop to run it independently in the kitchen.

What did you like and not like about it?

@Grant - Wasn't really anything I didn't like about it except sound. I think it would be interesting to see what you are all talking about when experimenting with a recipe or technique. Over all though, I love the idea!!
