I am fixated on finding uses for wasabi peas. This time they are pulling duty in a bowl of ramen I did in a konbu stock. The thing that really impressed me is how sturdy they are. Seeing how they are dried, I was certain they'd turn to mush but they maintained their crunch in both the
chicken & dumplings and this ramen bowl. They make a pretty good, creative ingredient.
