Brisket- Texas Style

This is at the 4hr and 7hr mark. Hickory wood in a vertical smoker. Total time about 8-9 hours. Will post more pics later.

Which smoker do you use? That's what I got in my Dyna-Glo (vertical as well, used weber briquettes, 8.5 spent hours in total).
