I put asparagus, radish & wasabi cream cheese spread for contrast & complementary texture.

I can't say it's unfinished... Well, this might sound weird for you, but I got bored with the same-old plate that I decided to use cedar wood plank I got weeks ago from a vacuumed salmon filet.

The result? Aesthetic!

I don't hate the aesthetic. The problem is that it looks like an unfinished board, in that it will absorb liquid, splinter, etc.
