best temperature for sous vide baby octopus ?

hi, if anyone could help me that would be great. I'm doing a baby octopus salad for the first time and just looking for tips on cooking it sous vide, im going to char it on the grill to order.

they are 2 pound baby octopus I just need to know the temp and time to cook them perfectly. thanks a lot if anyone can help.

@Brennan-I have followed MC recommendation of 4 h at 84 C with some olive oil. The last time I added some sliced garlic and some chorizo and it was very good

I've done occy as per MC, blanch in boiling water 30sec, chill, bag SV 85C for 4hr. I bag the head separate and with the thick part of the legs, roll in plastic wrap tight so they stay straight. Trimmings go in separate bag. Head and trimmings I serve at room temp in oil olive and garlic. The legs I freeze and cut ~1mm disks on a deli slicer and shingle on warm smoked potato.
