Its the basic country loaf in the tartine bread book, with olives and toasted macadamia.
1000g flour (900 bread, 100 whole wheat.)
750 g water
20 g salt
200g sourdough starter.
30-40minute autolyse
3-4 hour bulk ferment.
Overnight retard final rise.

One last question. I'm having a hard time getting a working starter. Would you have a suggestion?
