Been drinking more and enjoying it more...what can I say. Made a seven yolk Ravioli with ground chipotle powder then stuffed with a scallion, roasted butternut squash (a little bourbon) in a brown butter sage sauce....HOWEVER, no "money shot" with the squash puree leaking allover the bowl...guess I had to many pinots making the pasta.
Next up, seared, sv, seared prime NY Strip (found a whole prime strip for $7.49 LB), Bourbon (a lot) caramelized sweet onions, steamed corn and broccoli with a onion, garlic butter.
There was NO wine used in these dishes but, it was a 3 bottle dinner...
