Pan seared fish, steamed bun, green onion and a sauce of oyster sauce, hoisin, kewpie, grated onion and garlic...the green onion and Jameson whisky I drank while making them made it an Irish dish...

yep its the steam bun recipe....as to how it was....there were 4 people here, i made 16 buns, I only got 1. They loved the fish tacos but i couldn't make them fast enough so they were taking the hot buns and dipping in the sauce and eating them.. 5 freaking buns each
