I find one thing that cannot be told with pictures or description is just how much flavor is packed in the microgreens. Quite powerful. Served in a walnut and sherry vinegar custard with crushed walnuts. Though there was rib-eye with asparagus, roasted potatoes and brussel sprouts in between, those items didn't make it to picture-land. The dessert was simple and and a transition from winter to spring with warm, rich as (insert colorful metaphor here) biscuits with strawberries and maple vanilla whipped cream.
