We had the Corned Beef and Cabbage
as featured on this site. Had to work Thursday, so this happened Saturday. The only change were the potatoes were roasted in the oven.The corned beef that was brined 10 days and sous vide for 48 hours was the best we've ever had. Thanks ChefSteps!
