I have wild oyster mushrooms growing on my Poplar tree stump in the backyard this spring. Any ideas for a fresh and new twist on these lush delectable fungi would be awsome .

Bagged with veg stock and cooked at 85C for 4 hours until super soft and then pull the strands apart like pulled pork. Makes for great sandwiches. Or if you shred very fine they fry into the most umami rich floss.

Japanese mushroom rice (kinoko gohan) is nice... (google will find some recipes for you)
