What kind of non-stick pan do you recommend?
Any brands to look for?

Gotham Steel. I recently started using a set of non-stick ceramic cookware that is incredible. They heat fast and evenly

I will say most of the T-fal fry pans are of high quality, they are non-stick and require less oil to fry. You can check here

Tefal all the way. They have those heat indicator in the middle so you dont ruin your pans so quickly. Nonstick is lovely as well. They also have those ceramic pans that are capable for searing high heat but then it's a better job for SS and cast iron. Nonstick is meant to be gentle anyway so go for Tefal. Love it.

Yes, and now that their shipping rates have been reduced by half they are much more affordable.

I agree. T-fal is the way to go. Can't go wrong with durable and cheap!

Buy cheap...no matter what they are throw away....I have found my last Costco purchase lasted longer since I use the Dartos for high heat and the non stick for low heat like eggs...

is about $20 and is superb and durable.

I do like nonstick pans, but like most here I advise against spending a fortune on them. My favorite so far has been Circulone Infinite, a slightly thinner hard anodized pan with an encapsulated steel bottom. I got the 10/12" set off Amazon for something like $45. But I don't normally use nonstick pans, preferring carbon or stainless steel instead, depending on the task. The Dartos are great, and I also love my DeBuyer pans. I also just picked up a 12" Staub skillet.

I have been looking at the Darto pans. Do you all still like them?
