Yes, and Chefsteps' sous vide technique to turn pork shoulder into pork steaks is amazing! Where I live, pork shoulder is $1.00/pound on sale and $1.27 regular price. Finish the pork steaks by browning them and then make a pan sauce from the fond. It's a WOW experience.
