Another Tasting Menu

I loved the the tasting menu you did last menu and would be thrilled to see more examples. It was a great resource on pacing, placement of courses, etc and it would be cool to see menus for other seasons or themes.

Thanks Daniel, we will be doing a lot more of those dinners soon with the launch of Joule. One of the reasons why I love doing them is because we develop so many awesome new dishes that we can document and share with the community.
