Would it be possible to get some primers on different gear and techniques added to the site where we can learn more some the equipment, how it can be used in the kitchen and perhaps some tweaks of existing content to showcase where a tool might be put to use?
Examples of equipment would be showing more about vacuum chambers, centrifuges, liquid nitrogen with recipes that used that gear. I understand most of that is out of the reach of the home cook, but even if I can't do it at home it is interesting to learn about and showcases the wealth of information the ChefSteps team has.
