CS style lamb and baking steel

Mustard powder rubbed lamb shank, pressure cooked. Carrot purée , labneh, toasted sesame seeds. Fried herbs and mustard seeds as garnish.

Zaatar manoushe. Lebanese bread. This was so good!! Served this with the lamb.
