My name is Ellen and I oversee customer experience at ChefSteps! Before I started in my current role here, I spent five years at
Canlis handling PR, media & guest relations while also assisting the Executive Chef and owners.
I actually had never cooked anything sous vide before I arrived at ChefSteps, but that step forward with a new technique demonstrates one of my two favorite things about working here: feeling empowered to try new techniques and recipes that would have previously intimidated me.
