Hello everyone! My name is Cynthia. I feel I may be a little out of my league here. I'm a fairly new home cook. I've been "cooking" for years, but it wasn't until this past year that I really started to experiment and explore the art of cooking. Many of the things on here are not familiar to me. I guess you would still consider me a very basic cook. I have some odd food allergies, so recipes can be a challenge for me.
