Fining Agent for Wine

Does anyone know of a fining agent for wine that acts very quickly and creates a purified product without a substantial amount of waste? I am looking for something that is easy to use and will do the job in less than a day.

Have you tried Kieselsol/Chitosan? I've used it with great results. Takes 2-3 days, which is relatively fast in fining.

Thanks for your help Matt! That is what I was leaning towards; it seems to be the best option at this point. I was just curious if anyone knew of a "super fining agent."
